My first attempt of making Kottu😍🍛😋

Last Saturday my dad told me we were going to have dinner out today😮.How marvelous😍.But to me it felt like a waste of money because this is a time when everyone is suffering from a lack of money due to the corona situation😥😪 Also my dad is a fatty liver patient so artificial fatty foods are not good for him🤷❌. So I decided to make a 'Kottu' at home that tasted like restaurant as our dinner.

I added leeks,carrots,onions and also green chilli as vegetables😋It was a chicken kottu so I added chicken as well.I made sure to add less oil because consuming too much oil is not good for the health anyone❌.My mother guided me well to prepared it tasty😘.Also my brother and father helped me a lot.It made it very easy for me to made it quickly. I made a prawn devilled to eat with this one beacause I love to eat prawns❤️🦐

At the end It was an eye catching and colourful dish.I think my first attempt was very successful.I was very happy and proud🥰.I placed the kottu plate garnished with onion slices and pineapple slices solemly on the table🍍.Everyone had a beautiful smile on their faces.I felt it would taste better if the salt was little less.But all said it was very tasty🥰.I told them I would prepare even better than next time.

By making a meal together like this,
We had a lot of fun and the family love grew up a lot.How happy it is to had a healthy meal together as a family without arfiticial flavourings❤️.Also through this,our team spirit developed👨‍👩‍👧‍👧💑This saved my father's hard earned money and all  praised me a lot❤️That's why I was very proud in that time.
